Our kickboxing program is a blend of several stand-up styles, including kickboxing, boxing, Taekwondo and Muay Thai. A typical class consists of warm-ups, stretching, shadow boxing, techniques, mitt work, heavy bags and sparring. We also teach basic self-defense techniques to make our students well-rounded.
Safety is important. Students are required to wear protective gear when sparring. Sparring is limited for beginners and only light contact is permitted. Advanced students are required to help beginners. We take care of our training partners.
Kickboxing is good exercise. You will always leave our school smiling, sweating and sore.
